Justin K. Summary

Criminal Defense Attorney Justin Summary earned his J.D. Degree from Southern Illinois University in 2005. He had always been interested in practicing criminal law so he immediately decided to join the Public Defender's Office where he worked for three successful years in criminal defense litigation. After representing hundreds of clients facing a wide variety of misdemeanor and felony charges, Mr. Summary believed that in starting his own criminal law practice, he could devote more time to each individual client and thus be able to fully investigate the charges as well as aggressively defend all aspects of their case.

In 2008, Mr. Summary and his law partner John Allan founded The Law Office of Allan & Summary. Since then, attorney Summary and his law firm have represented numerous clients charged with criminal offenses in courts in St. Louis and all over Missouri. He has extensive litigation experience and has had numerous jury and bench trials as well as valuable experience in handling suppression motions and excluding tainted evidence. Starting his own law firm has allowed attorney Summary to fully realize the importance of a defense lawyer's duty to protect the rights of his clients by aggressively advocating on their behalf.
